The Shige dynasty has expanded over the last 19 years to include everything from fine-dining to teppanyaki and now teriyaki in Meridian. If there's any question whether Chef Shigeki Matsuzawa plans to take over the world one grain of rice at a time, the answer is a delicious yes. And we're cool with being his subjects.
